FAQs
As acquiring banks may return varying outcomes, common reasons for failed transactions include the following: Should persistent payment failures occur, please contact customer service.
1. Do not honour / Unauthorised: Requires telephone authorisation from the cardholder. Contact the issuing bank to confirm the transaction is legitimate and request approval. Place the order again after authorisation or inform us to retry the payment.
2. High risk: We recommend re-submitting the order with details consistent with your usual spending patterns.
3. Fraud suspicion: The bank evaluates payment behaviour against its fraud prevention rules. If transactions appear suspicious—such as excessive frequency or unusually high amounts—the cardholder may be flagged as a potential fraud risk. The transaction is declined. We advise retrying the order after some time or using a different card.
4. Expired Card
The card has expired or been cancelled. We advise the cardholder to contact their bank or verify whether the card's expiry date was entered incorrectly.
5. Insufficient Funds/Over Credit Limit
The account balance is insufficient or the credit limit has been exceeded. You may top up your balance or remove the credit restriction before placing the order, or use a different card for payment.
6. Stolen or Lost Card: The card has been reported stolen or lost. We advise placing a new order and using a different card for payment.
7. Payment Declined: This is a bank-provided decline code. Please forward the transaction reference number to our group for detailed investigation.
8. Invalid Transaction: The transaction type is unauthorised (e.g., a card restricted to fuel purchases cannot be used here). Contact the cardholder to arrange a different card for payment.
9. CVN don't match/CVV2 failure/CVN is invalid: The card security code has failed. The customer's credit card has a verification code on the back. We advise the customer to verify the card details and place the order again.
10. Cancelled: Frequent payment submissions within 24 hours triggered risk control interception, preventing entry into the system. You may send the transaction ID to the group for us to investigate further.
11. Incorrect billing information: Failed due to association with blacklist entries. The cardholder's order details match information in the blacklist database (typically indicating a history of fraudulent chargebacks or carelessly entered order details, such as phone numbers like 111 or 123, or addresses consisting solely of numbers).
12. Invalid card number: The card number is either invalid or restricted. The cardholder should consult their issuing bank for specifics. If no issues are found, authorisation may be obtained before placing the order.
13. Refer to card issuer: Transaction blocked by the issuing bank. Please consult the card issuer.
14. Pick up card: Lost card. Verify the transaction's authenticity first. Consider card replacement payment or consult the card issuer.
15. Authentication requested: Verification failed. Replace the order and complete 3D Secure authentication.
In most cases, you can place an order through our backend system to have products shipped to your country. However, customs regulations frequently change across nations, so you must stay informed about the specific rules in your region. Most of our packages require buyers to handle customs clearance independently, so prior experience purchasing swords internationally is recommended. Current statistics indicate that countries like France and Italy require special police permits for imports from outside the EU, while Denmark imposes restrictions even on intra-EU imports. The UK's newly enacted sword regulations are particularly absurd.
If you are unable to confirm your country's customs clearance policies, you may contact us for assistance in researching them.
